Let's find the key!– Pre-A0+ English Story 9🌟

October 1, 2026

Can the children solve all the clues and find the key? 🔑

In Let’s Find the Key!, Ella, Dave, Mia and Tim continue their adventure with a new trail of clues.

A mysterious message hidden in the sandbox sends them to the art room. From there, they need to identify colours and shapes, put clue cards in the correct order and work out where to go next.

This Pre-A0+ English story helps children practise simple questions, colours, shapes and location words naturally through pictures, actions and a playful mystery.

What happens in the story?

The children are playing near the sandbox when they discover an envelope hidden in the sand.

Inside is their first instruction:

“Go to the art room.”

In the art room, the children search for the correct box.

“Is it a blue box?”

After looking around, they finally find it.

Inside are more clues connected with four colourful shapes:

  • a red triangle
  • a blue circle
  • a green triangle
  • a yellow star

The children put the cards together and discover a sentence:

“It’s in the playground under the bench.”

They hurry back outside and find a mysterious chest under the bench.

But there is a problem.

It’s locked.

The colourful shapes provide the final clue. One by one, the children match them to the chest until the lock finally opens.

And inside they discover exactly what they have been looking for:

the key! 🔑
